Beautiful work! The colored one impressed me the most. The Slight color shift, use of tones and texture of the lines make this look like actual newsprint. I'm following you. Also, I'm a big Daft Punk fan too. [Edit] Sorry I forgot to add, my only suggestion is that, I feel it would look better if the eyelashes dont appear under the hair, or other facial features like that. I know its common to do but I dont know, given how solid the rest of the lines look I cant help but find it a bit distracting. Still though, fantastic work.

Thnk uuU dud ♥️✌️thanks for u suggestion dud 😘....ahhh I'm saying "dud" anytime...I looks lik that pinguin thing from "cn I be da hero?" Game XDDD...👊 I find ur review helpful

Curves are nice, the expression is clear, i feel more could be done with the shading especially in the folds and between the legs. I feel you could get a lot more depth and more satisfying sense of scale if you use some darker tones in those areas. Looking forward to your future works.

Im no rock expert, but what you made is beautiful. I was going to say it looked like water color paint till I read your very descriptive description. You clearly have a passion for art to do the process you did for this piece and I will follow you to see more great works like this. I have no suggestions for you. I love the colors, I love the texture, I love how they blend. Fantastic work.

If I were a pixelated dude I'd love to drink that. You made it easily recognizable and chose the right resolution to do it. I don't have any suggestions for this piece, but I will say I'd like to see you tackle a full scene in this style. Maybe a diner or little coffee shop.

Gives me major early flash animation vibes. I could see this as a frame of a animated series intro. The reason why I am making that comparison is mainly because of the hard lighting and cell shading very common in old animations. You've captured the style, so if I had any suggestions I would say maybe the fingers could use some slight tweaking. Its hard to give a deep analysis because I haven't watched a Madness cartoon in a loooong time, but yeah sometimes I like to use different shades for shadows depending on how far or close something is to give it a better sense of depth so Maybe the hands could use s lighter tone on the shadows? Either way, great work.

I think you are on the right track. It seems like you have studied anatomy, keep drawing and you'll refine it over time! I can't point out one thing specifically to comment on, I would just like to see you continue making art.

[EDIT] Hmm, sorry im not really convinced some elements of this weren't traced. I overlayed the images and although the rest of the body is offset from the original, the lines on the hand give it away for me. Sorry if that is just a one in a million thing but, yeah. This link is my overlay of the two pictures. Not trying to start beef, I'd just like to see future work that isnt this similar to another. https://www.newgrounds.com/dump/item/faffcd93c3280906786b84f9c667e67f

Definitely skilled, however I had to google this because it felt inconsistent and found the Base image you likely used on deviant art: https://www.deviantart.com/rosysenpai/art/Girl-Reaching-Out-Anime-Base-583504447
While you did make a lot of changes, the maker of the base did request to be credited if used so, I will rate 3.5 if you credit the base makers of your art. I see you practice a lot on faces, hair and clothing. You can easily move past the need for Bases with this skill. Try varying line thicknesses to make your lines feel less stiff.

(EDIT)I really did not draw it, except the hand lol, I have some saved captures of how the hands were before anyway the rest I swear not to draw it, but in the same way I will give credits to the original image, I admit my mistake

Well ... I don't really use deviantart, personally I don't like it and I swear I don't really use that reference image http://desmotivaciones.es/881111/Cada-dolor this is the one that I really use as a reference, when I'm done The drawing I put the image on top of my drawing to show that it is not traced but it seems that the author of the drawing that you sent me used the same image as a reference that I used

Has a melancholic tone to it with the darker colors. Were you going for a steven universe-esc cartoon style or more realistic? [Edit after response] Ah ok I didn't fully read the description because I did my review during my lunch break. The colors make more sense now that I looked up the original. Since you are going for realistic i would recommend what im sure you are already practicing, study some figure drawing to help planning headshapes and facial features. The nose is a bit hard to read as a nose. The hand gesture also seems to be in a unrealistic position. Using your own hand as reference helps a lot in understanding the limitations of movement. Idk if its just me but I cannot do a 90 degree angle with my hand unless im pushing against something. Overall: I can see the effort, I can also see you easily growing a lot more with some figure study.

When I first started working on that, I was definitely going for a realistic style, but keeping in mind the cartoony aspect of the original's art - more specifically, its characters. So yeah, the lighting could've definitely needed some work, aside from the other elements being just fine IMHO.

Interestingly grotesque. I like it. The folds and wrinkles give feelings of discomfort, but the creature still smiles (even if unintentionally). I dabble in odd creatures as well. Not much I can suggest considering how abstract it is but I would recommend experimenting with varying line widths. Subtle changes like that could help guide a viewers eye around your work to make sure they are taking in every detail.

I like the abstraction of the cats as its still clear to me at least from my first glance. Readability is important for me. Having said that I would not have noticed that they were eating from a human corpse without the description making that clear as I thought there was just a pile of gore on the floor and that the legs were paths along the ground. Upon further inspection i noticed a subtle light source coming from behind our point of view as if it were the flash light of someone who discovered this brutal scene? If the cats had ground shadows and those shadows curved along the body it would help give it some more depth and make it easier to tell they are standing on a corpse. Overall: Great abstract style, could use some more shadows to read better.
